This message is due to Zoom not having permission to access your camera so that it can use it for video.

On Apple Devices: To fix this, go to the main menu on your iOS device, select the “Settings” icon, then choose “Privacy”, then choose “Camera”. Tap on the slider next to “Zoom” to enable the camera. Once enabled, go back into the Zoom app and try to start the video again.

On Android Devices: Select the “Allow” option when prompted.
